PEACE BUILDING:

 

Lida's painting process starts with a meditation, as she translates a heart's prayer into an image. The heart's prayer is for igniting the strength for transformation and flowering in one's circumstances and relations with the world around us. In fact, her works are often referred to as 'prayers in colour', or 'icons'.

Due to such prayer connection, Lida organises interfaith gatherings for peace building using paintings as a point of departure for reflections and interfaith prayers for peace together.
